Rebecca is dynamically engaged in pro bono work as an advocate and activist. In addition to the four reported cases below acting for the taxpayers in the Court of Appeal, Upper Tribunal and as advocate to the Upper Tribunal, she has been proactive in her role as Secretary of the Revenue Bar Association in developing schemes for the tribunals to seek advocates and in engaging with various pro bono organisations to ensure they request pro bono representation where it would assist. She is also an Ambassador for the joint tax charity campaign led by Tax Help for Older People and Tax Aid: “Bridge The Gap”.
